Complaint regarding order placed with zopnow.in

I placed this order today, 24 April at 11:54 AM. The amount was 604.00. The transaction details are as follows: UPI transaction ID is 111411782016

I need a refund of my order as my order was never placed. When I tried to view my order from my orders section, I got logged out and I am unable to login now. It says “Invalid username or email”.

Also, I raised a ticket from the online site however it says “We have received your ticket and confirmation has been sent to your email address .”

I also tried contacting the customer support but the IVR asks me to press the conference code. The entire company is a hoax. Requesting you to kindly help refund the amount.
