Complaint regarding order with NNOW through Snapmint EMI

I had placed an order with NNOW through Snapmint EMI where I had paid the first EMI and had to cancel , I cancelled immediately, and kept waiting for a refund, they have not even initiated the refund, neither are they providing any updates. I have emailed them multiple times with my bill receipts, payment receipts , I have messaged them but had no response from their side, i have also called them but they keep saying they are working on it and it will be resolved in 24 hours but it has not been resolved till date. In the call they also have mentioned the refund has been cancelled despite me not even getting the product and cancelling it as soon as I placed it, they keep saying they will reinitiate it but I haven’t received my money back and there are no response or updates from them. Please help me with this matter
