I booked an uber cab from my home to office in the morning. It showed 89 rs as fare charge and I booked it. Later on completion they charged me 117 rupees. I reached on time did not changed my stop in middle but they still overcharged without informing me upfront at the time of booking. I contacted their customer care – first they claimed that all charges are being shown to customer upfront on providing correct facts they changed the story and started saying that this is because route was changed. I had not said anything to the driver how come I am responsible for route change if driver is driving the car. There is no transparency in uber’s fair charging and they change it without providing full information to the customer.
