Dear Sir, we checked in this property on 11th june 2018 night. when we checked in the room, bed nd washroom seemed to used. we tld the manage, he denied..nd it ws too late at night so we thot let it pass..nd frm 12th June mrng we started complaining abt the property nd it’s services to the owners..went fr breakfast..pple ovr there asked “whu are u…bring coupon or ul nt bt allowed toh hv fud..nobdy is free to go nd hv fud lyk dat…it ws so embarrassing.
later we asked fr hand-towels…they gave one more towel nd said we dnt have hand-towels…we asked fr cushions they said we dnt have….there is high network problem. so I asked fr wifi password…they said…giv us ur room no. nd mobile no., vl snd msg to u…bt they dint. aftr few hours I asked fr password again, they said giving bt til night no response…then whn my husband ws back 4m office I tld him abt this…he asked fr wifi password…they snt the msgs…bt it hardly worked. then they said we have am issue with wifi…we asked fr drinking water. housekeeping said showing the tap of the sink ki yahi se lena hai, le lo…asked to clean the room at 1pm, manager said housekeeping are going fr lunch..they were vl be bak aftr 2pm…nd if u wanna go smwhere, give us the keys of ur room…I denied…nd whn housekeeping came to clean the room. they used to open our wardrobes..placed the pillows nd quilts inside the wardrobe to am keen the bed…I guess nobdy cn open ur wardrobe..
I complained oyo mny tymz..bt no response rather then we vl get bak to u soon. I waited fr 3daz..bt no response. so I cald them 6-8 tymz..they used to kip my cal on hold nd then cut…later area manager came..I complained him nd asked fr refund..he admitted every fault of the property nd said he vl try his best..the nxt dat ws my check out…I called the reception from the same bt til hlf an hr nobdy came..nd whn i complained they said aapko disturb na ho isliye maine knock nhi kiya nd in mrng 8am they knocking at the door;dnt knw why.? At that tym we were nt disturbed..? I lost my mobile in this property…bt no action ws there…nd seeing all this I went off the property…my husband ws nt there…Al alone I ws tired of these people…later whn i texted oyo that i vl put ol our conversations in Consumer Forum.. they deleted all the msgs..I dnt knw how nd why?..I complained regarding this to the area manager..bt no response 4m his side…I hv the recordingsame of my calls wid oyo nd their area manager…we juzzz have hope 4m u guys…do justice…no value from our money???
