This company is NOT affiliated with the reputable DHL brand—it operates under the name “Dahiya Haryana Logistics”. They are not genuine packers and movers; instead, they use the promise of low rates to lure customers, then extort money after picking up their belongings. Here’s what happened with my experience:

I sent some items from Delhi to UP, and they quoted a reasonable rate at first. However, after the pickup, they sent me a bill that was three times the original quote. The real trouble began when I followed up for a tracking ID: their tone changed completely, and they responded unprofessionally and rudely, even making inappropriate remarks. Despite making an initial partial payment, I refused to pay more after seeing their true intentions, as I realized I would likely never receive my items.

Please be vigilant and avoid “Dahiya Haryana Logistics” at all costs. Legitimate packers and movers provide clear estimates, payment receipts, and tracking IDs upfront—these are standard red flags to watch for. Don’t fall into their trap due to seemingly low prices.
