I bought the product of panasonic in December last of 2016 within the warranty period of of my mobile I got th problems with it. I went to the dealer for the issue regarding the phone he told me to go to the customer care office in palmapur but there was no office in palampur at that time. i went again to the dealer this time he said to me go paprola customer care office which is 15km away from palampur. I went to there they updated the software and stick the sticker of karbon phone on my phone and told me to go to the chandigarh for the problem solution. I again went to the dealer. I faced a lot of problems. i made number of rounds of dealer and customer care office at last he changed the battery of my phone. Than phone worked for 3 to 4 days hardly and again get switched off. I am student and living away from the home. want to do complaint against the customer care office they are not dealing with my problems and not giving any response.
