I paid using upi from shein app and the amount was deducted from my account but the payment was not made. When I contacted Shein, they asked me to contact the bank. After contacting bank they said that as the transaction was successful and the payment has been made, I should contact Paytm so that they can release the payment to the merchant (shein) . When I contacted Paytm, they asked me to contact shein again!! This is so frustrating. I am in a loophole now. No one is taking this seriously and just asking me to contact someone rather than solving it.
Please take this seriously because I have already paid for the order and it still says unpaid.
