On 16th i have made a payment to Bajaj Elite card Rs 4777/- due to my personal issue i have requested to cancel the transaction within 24 hours to Mr Bxxxxj (Relation Manager) has not agreed for reimbursement. Same day another call i got from Bajaj and i requested to cancel the card request & reimbusement the money. Finally on 18th i received the call from Raj patil asking for my bank details for reimbursement and promised reimbursement will be done within 7 days. But till date i dint received the money. On 30th may they told again within 2 to 4 days it will credited but it was not credited. Now they are not responding for any mail & call. Please find attached herewith mail conversion. They have reimburse 4777+ 500 extra per day for no responding. Delay for no reason. Fake information provided by Bajaj Finserve.
