Complaint regarding payment to Flipkart

Sir, I had ordered for a mobile from Flipkart on 4 April and payment was made from net banking. Money was also debited from bank account but order confirmation not received. When I spoke to Flipkart they say my payment has not been received by them and they asked me to enquire with my bank. Accordingly, when I approached bank they say the payment has been received by Flipkart. When I again contacted flipkart they say they cannot do anything. I have the payment history.. PLEASE HELP ME SIR
