Complaint regarding payment to HDFC card account

Credit card payment reflected less than the amount i actually paid. Value: 34000. Sir i paid 34000/- as my credit card payment via billdesk but my credutcard is reflecting 29000/- only… I complained this to hdfc creditcard. I dont have any negative amount in my creditcard and they took stopped reflecting of remaining 5000 rs.please help me on this… Am attaching screenshots of my payment detailes.
