I made a payment from slice application to stake website i made two transactions of 1000? each both went to processing state and then i informed slice about this issue as well as told them to instead of processing the transaction reverse the transaction to my account itself as the payment window from stake was shut down after 15minutes at that time slice employee informed me they have mentioned my query in the upi payment and i would receive my money back even after this they proceeded the payment to stake after three days….after this i asked stake to return the money they informed me that the payment would get back to you if the money is not added to your account within 7 days but now stake isnt even replying to my mails and not even sending me my money back
