Complaint regarding PayTM fund transfer issue

Paytm not credited my account in real time as shown in successful message , approved by patytm ,not resolved my issue after complained on paytm. I make payment tranfer from my account by using Paytm app. I got Payment Transfer Successful Message from Paytm and also Money was deducted in same time from my SBI account linked with Paytm. I become sure after receiving successful message from Paytm.

On 02 -NOV – 2018 my ECS deduction date from PNB Account, so I credited before on 01 -NOV-2018 with the help of Paytm app and after Receiving Payment Transfer Successful Message, i become sure as Paytm is trustful.

After that also Money was not Credited in my PNB Account till 03 -NOV -2018. So that, my two EMI get bounced on 02 -NOV -2018 and I was charged for “Bouncing EMI from PNB” as well as Bajaj Finance ( my Loan Account ).

Because of this –
1. MY CIVIL SCORE EFFECTED.
2. I Was Charged Highly Penalty from PNB and Bajaj Finance, Its About 2000 Rs.

Now, I want Justice as this is not my fault.
This is an fault of Paytm , so Paytm is chargeble for that.
I want my Penalty as well as Bounced Charged return.
Paytm is responsible for this because of wrong sent “Transfer Successful Message”

I also call for Complain on 01204456456 (Paytm Compain Number), Costumer Care talk me about 40 minutes and accept their fault, then also didn’t resolve my issue, told me on call that ” i will receive call from senior desk’ within 02 hours, but i didn’t receive any call, I also forward complain mail on Paytm care as well as CEO of Paytm bu no respond.

Kindly, help me for resolving my issue.

    I have a problem in my paytm wallet …in case of fund transfer to other paytm user….please solve this …
