Complaint regarding personal loan from Bajaj Finserv

I bring to your kind consideration that i had availed a Doctors loan from Bajaj Finserv.

Issues:

1. My ACH mandate provided to the bank for deducting monthly EMI is Rs. 72,000 when the EMI amount is below 15000 per month

2. My first ACH mandate was rejected by my bank and within a few days, another mandate was submitted to the bank. how did they do this? I never signed anything nor was I contacted by Bajaj Finserv for the same

3. My account is not accessible in any manner and I have difficulty in paying my EMIs and customer support is useless

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
