Complaint regarding poor airlink internet connection

Airlink internet connection. Value: 10000. I am having airlink internet connection and wifi at my home.. The connectivity goes off after every 3 4 days and when i reguster compalint they just keep telling me tjat it will get solve in 2 3 days. But never ressolved.. Kindly help me out with this
