Complaint regarding poor customer service from Hathway

Hi Hathway,

I am extremely disappointed with the way you deal your customer, you have so much of interest for joining a new connection but here we are in loss of service from past 3 days and calling the customer executive, sales person and giving escalation mails but we got no reply and no solution from any of them. I had to go through loss of 3 unpaid leaves but it’s just not leave but My deliverables, my work, my performance review everything is at risk. Even after explaining the situation N number of times still i got no solution. You put me in so pathetic situation i never saw worst customer service than yours. I am never going to recommend Hathway service to anyone
