We, the tenants of below mentioned property hereby wish to file this complaint against Nestaway.:
It is hereby to state our concerns, while we are the tenants of Nestaway property located at DLF Cyber City Phase III (S 27/10, Gurgaon – 122001):
i) Water pump non functional – Issue not resolved from 6 months
ii) Inappropriate electricity bill
iii) Property caretaker is not being paid from 4 months till date
iv) Basic amenities, as promised is not being provided such as electricity, security, water, washing machine, bucket, mug, cloth dryer, etc
v) Unattended visitors (Safety & Security issues); A co-tenant was harassed by an outsider who broke her door glass by throwing a stone inside the her room. This issue was also raised through formal ticket, email and several phone calls but no action was taken to avoid any further problems.
vi) Any addressed concerns (tickets, emails & ph calls) are not being resolved and the status is randomly closed.
vii) Excessive consumption of electricity due to inappropriate placing of water tank. This further disrupts the water flow during power cuts.
Note: All the above concerns have been addressed by the tenants individually several times but none of them have been properly resolved till date.
