Complaint regarding poor service from DTDC

My working organisation booked a courier for me via DTDC on 23rd Oct 2024 but same has not delivered yet to me on given address.

I have called DTDC customer on:

16th Nov ~ Lady said that parcel is not delivered due to area non serviceable.

27th Nov ~ Man told another story with some reasons.

Both agents raised the requests for redelivery to alternate address. But parcel is not delivered yet.

30th Nov – Today third lady told me that parcel can’t be delivered & need to contact with the branch.

This customer care agents just making a joke with customer & not delivering the parcel by giving some new excuses. Pathetic service by DTDC

Reund from jblcharge2 – Rs.2,500/- : Mr. Nagaraj Maiya of Udupi 576101, Karnataka ordered JBL speaker on jblcharge2.in. He received speaker by kartrocket.com on 14-04-18 but unfortunately received speaker was fake and fully damaged. The customer wanted to return the product but could not.
