Complaint regarding poor service from Hathway Broadband

Since January 2018 I have complained 3 times about internet speed which I am getting by Hathway broadband provider & neither of the time it is resolved. Even more they are forcing me to by their booster product though I am subscribed for 3 month 50MBPS speed with free router but getting only 1 MBPS. I asked them to change router as speed is too slow when I am in same room but they are not accepting it & closing my request always. May be they are forcing me to by there product booster. Now what I should do ? Today online test is failing , attaching last week screenshot.
