Complaint regarding poor service from NSD Travels

I have booked a tempo traveler from NSD travels privt Ltd on 25 march for 22 may they have taken from me the money 5000 and not provided the same I was calling them 2-3 hrs after then they recived and given me 2 old taxi one comertial and another personal cab. that has been got in break donw during my 6 days visit 3-4 time. my small childerns are standing on raod when I called them during beakdown they not lifted my cell any how I completed my visit and they are asking me extra money.

Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company. Refund from Citrus Checkinns – Rs.20,000/-: Mr. Vineet Mampilly of Navsari, Gujarat (Email: vineet.tm[at]gmail.com) paid on 15-04-2013 a sum of Rs.20,000/- on the basis of the vacation packages offered by the representatives of Citrus Checkinns.
