Complaint regarding poor services from movers n packers

Regrate to say that on my transfer from Kolkata to Siliguri I contact with SRI HARI OM PACKERS N MOVERS, Barrackpuer Kolktata to move my house hold items from kolkata to siliguri in full bagon (Truck). Mr. Gxxxa. Prop of packers company arranged to pack my all house hold items and load in a mini truck and moved from my house at kolkata. After lapse of atleast 6-7 days my house hold items reached Siliguri in another truck which was loaded with DG generator Set in a hazzard condition. My maximum costly items having either scretched or brocken. Also he behaved cruilly with party. At least he assigned for full bagon and sed my items in part in rough conditon and cheated me at all.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
