Complaint regarding poor services from travel agent

V have booked travel package to the Singapore costing 70000/person..total of 5 person with MSR travel agency located in MS Ramaiah memorial hospital.. He just give us flight ticket and visa and Gave a contact number of Singapore agent.. Later v need to pay everything in Singapore… The MSR agent never picked our call.
