I am getting completely frustrated in my attempts to get a proper / satisfactory response by Megha Kitchen Appliances executive attending Helpdesk number 0120-4101735 for rectification of the malfunctioning developed in my chimney post its cleaning service done by service technicians deputed by the company on 6th November 2024. The chimney is creating lot of noise (which was not there before the service as was checked by service technician before opening service) during operation. This was immediately brought to the notice of the company’s Helpdesk number who promised to get the defect attended to the next day. However, no one turned up for the rectification of the defect till today.
I once again requested the company today for the same issue. Mr. Hxxxxxa who had done the service earlier came to attend to the issue but he was not able to fix the problem. He checked up the condition of blower and said it was not defective. he left without success in resolving the issue. This was conveyed to the company Helpdesk number once again requesting to depute some other technician for fixing the issue.
However, the issue is still persisting which is causing lot of inconvenience as we are not able to use the chimney on account of this issue. the malfunctioning of my chimney has started on account of inept handling by service technician and the company is not able to get the issue fixed on account of non availability of competent service technicians leading to inconvenience and hardship to me and my family.
As the company is not able to provide proper services to the customer, it is requested that the balance part of the amount paid by me equivalent of 3 remaining services out of the total of eight as per AMC contract which works out to be 3 x 375=Rs 1125/- be refunded to me so as to enable me to get the repair done through someone else in the market. am attaching the copy of 2 years AMC contract dated 23rd September 2023 for ready reference
