New Connection was taken on 19 August,2020 from Tikona Internet service Pune at Katraj. The plan opted for was 40mbps speed for an upfront advanced payment of 4602. From day one the internet speed is lagging and not able to meet upto the mark. It is only delivering at a speed of 1 mbps to 2 mbps. First complaint was made on 19 August itself for slow connection , the complaint id for it was – 1-8682765019. This complaint was closed the next day stating didnt find any issues.
Second complaint was registered on 24 August for slow connection again its complaint no is 1-8717347421. Engineer visited and mentioned issue is frombackend and team is working. Problem persists
Third complaint is logged again with complaint id 1-8725187933 on 25 august. But no response from tikona technical team. And issue of slow speed still persists.
