I have purchased Blue Star water purifier last March 2021 ..and recently I have raised one issue about water purifier tap leaking and filter replacement to bluestar customer service. they take my issue and generated ticket and one person came from bluestar service he told me Sir I raised request for new tap it will be taking some time may be it will take 2 or 3 days… I said that ok..
After 5 days no one contact with me no one response to my issue… only generating tickets..
And I have raised another issue filter change …no one contact to me for service..
And after 2 days one mail received from one of the show room product service document ..that document shows another product model with my customer id..
Actually I have purchased Bluestar opulus rs:-12000 range but they fraud to me with another low range Aristo model rs 8000 rang..
One customer id two product service document..
One model have filter replacement warranty ..and another model haven’t filter replacement warranty..
They totally scam to customers…for escaping from service warranty..
Please refund my total amount from bluestar water purifier service..i don’t want to use bluestar product..
Please help me above my concern.
