Complaint regarding product delivered by Myntra

I ordered two products in myntra online shopping i received only one product another was missed unfortunately i was unable to receive the product my mother took the product and she didn’t open it because of my busy schedule  after two days i was opened it. we seen only one product i thought another product might be come few days later after two days i opened myntra app i was showing product was delivered i was shocked so  tried to customer servicee but they were helpless i am very disappointed because  i am a genuine customer so it was happened to me for the first time
