Complaint regarding product from Ebay vendor

I had done a online purchase on eBay.in for a Sony Bluetooth headset on 26-03-2018, but the product received was a complete duplicate, fake and counterfeit product. I had raised a claim with eBay for refund, claim number -3533863, eBay accepted the seller was fraud removed the listing of the product from the website. They also assured me that the amount will be refunded. A mail regarding the same was also sent to me. But due to certain ego issues with the customer care executive Ms Cxxxxi, my refund was stalled. The main issue was I had escalated the fraud instant to all the directors of the company. Till today the refund is not credited to my account. eBay is harassing me a lot for the same. Even though the amount involved is only Rs 584, I don’t want to let go my hard earned money for the fraud done by eBay. I had also asked eBay to cancel the order seeing the negative reviews on website but still eBay shipped me the item saying it is 100% original. Finally eBay accepted the listing was fake but now not refunding my amount. Because of eBay I am put to loss of interest on my money, loss of opportunity cost of money and mainly lot of mental trauma. item number – 253417890890 Request justice.
