I regret to inform you that I am struggling with getting a refund/ replacement for order for past 2 months . I ordered 3 Sarees from Zatki against the provided order number. Sarees came of substandard quality . I returned those to the merchant and requested a refund . I was informed that they have no refund only exchange policy . Therefore I requested a exchange . After multiple requests I was issued a coupon which never worked . I tried to use it but I never received a confirmation email of the order and no product either . I reached out to the merchant and since then I am trying to get my money or product back . I am getting nowhere concrete , sll I hear it is they will solve it every time I reach out to them and it has been two months since . I have tried to call , reach out by email, rven their watsapp business account number – 7069004898 . I am reaching out to you in hope that you will hell me get my fathers hard earned money back . He is a ex-government employee receiving pension . 1699 is a big amount for him . I am attaching screenshots of the emails and my conversations with the merchant .
