Complaint regarding Redmi Note 13 5G order placed with Snapmint

Snapmint are not providing the order. Value: ?19000. Even after making a down payment of Rs.4750 for Redmi Note 13 5G, they are not sending the order details. They are saying that there is an error in placing the order. They are asking me to speak to Xiaomi.
