Complaint regarding Redmi Note 4 screen damage

I want to inform you that I have purchased REDMI mobile Last year, and it was working nicely. But last day morning I found its screen damage without any reason. I was surprised to see this. When I went to service centre, they said that it’s physical damage and I have to pay 3400 rupees for both touch and screen replacement

Phone is damaged due to unknown reason. Please look into this matter. Also when I came to service center, one more customer was found having same problem

Please resolve this issue.

Refund from Paytm – Rs.400/-: Mr. Rahul Aggarwal of Punjab (Email: rahulaggarwal248[@]gmail.com) wanted to add 400rs paytm cash to his paytm wallet. The money got debited from his bank account but he did not receive the same in the Paytm account. He was told that the money will be refunded but refund was not done. Refund from Safal Teachers institute – Rs.3000/-: Ms. Namrata Gorava, Mumbai, Maharashtra had paid Rs.3000/- for a course but she did not attend the same and she wanted refund. She requested the institute for refund but did not get any response. Ms. Gorava posted her complaint with ICF on 11-07-2019 and the matter was taken up with the institute.
