I purchased Redmi Note 4 handset on 14-Feb-18, at Bhanu Mobile shop, ECIL x road, Hyderabad., hardley I used handset 10 day’s, on 03-Mar-18, I kept Tourch Light on nearly 5 hours on the next minutes onwords it is not getting power on, when I Visited MI service center at TARANAKA, they intimate me it was Board Failure, they refused to do in warenty on Mother board for my handset, I lost my Money nearly Rs:11,000/-. Shop owner and Service Reprsentative Treating me Like Orphan, still I kept the handset at Service center only, to whom i have to take this subject, kindly do the help.
