Complaint regarding Reebok footwear from Amazon

I have purchased a reebok footwear from Amazon from a certified buyer of reebok that is cloudtail. The footwear is already distressed from the sides within a month of use. I have lodged mail to reebok customer care regarding this but no response what so ever. As per reebok policy the items have a warranty of 3 months, different warranty with different items.
