Complaint regarding refund credit in Freecharge wallet

One week ago jabong merchant had refunded my rs792 in my frecharge wallet but that amount is still in processing and today is 8th day of this issue . I contacted customer support every day and they said me that their internal team will look after this issue in 24-48hr but still not a single step had been taken they always give me fake promises .Today miss ixxxu and senior executive mr.sxxxxxr had again promised me that within 4hr they will contact me still they haven’t. I am fed up this please resolve my issue and give me my money . And look after your customer support they are not supporting costumer just befooling us specially your internal team.

    on october 7th i was trying to pay my bsnl landline bill and my wallet balance was Rs.20 so i paid rest balance Rs.451 through upi /paytm and amount debited from my paytm and my landline bill was not paid till date nor any refund came. do check problem from ur side.. i talked with paytm and they said from their side amount was sent to freecharge successfully kindly do reply me as soon as possible
