I booked my coustomer ticket in ABHIBUS application, and I buy free cancellation policy, it’s mean your journey last few hour your program is cancel then your full amount refunded in your account. And my application also showing refund is reflected in your account with in 5 to 7 bank working days , I wait 7 working days but no reflected in my account then I call customer support person he was saying you wait 10 days my ABHIBUS legal team person contacting you, 10 days complete but no calls abhibus side I call again coustomer support he was given more 7 days again no calls , i am sending emails calls and all documents required but till date no refund in my account, I am calling so many times daily and daily but no reply, now please tell me what I do, I want money, I am mentally and Finacellaly harassment. That’s why I complaint in consumer court. Kindly solve my problems , I have all proof
