I have ordered multiple products from Ajio couple of months ago returned few of them Ajio has refunded the amount in the Ajio wallet instead of original payment mode. I am not able to transfer the wallet amount to my bank account. Despite of dropping multiple emails and calls there is no response from Ajio team.
Please help regarding this, I have nearly 5000 stuck in Ajio Account. Attached is the screenshot with multiple email dropped to Ajio nearly I have dropped 25 emails.
