sir, i have returned my parcel to Ajio within time, they have accepted it, they have also initiated refund process, but problem is that they have given money as just a number.. that can neither be used in next order, nor able to transfer to bank account. They have given option to transfer it to bank account.. but i have already given my bank account details, and multiple time i have did this. but its a long time, yet i have not received my money. i have also submitted complain to them, they have given me a complain id – COM00027151367 with promise that they will solve it till 16 nov.. but still i am waiting for positive response. hope you will help me.
