My issue is regarding my order which I was placed on Ajio App On 3rd January I placed order on Ajio site approximately Rs 12500 Two Armani exchange shirt and jeans because of size issue I want return all the product But I didn’t get refund amount rs 5499 of one product It’s manually picked I attached all the details eq courier slip ,photo of product My order id is Fl0218397082 Product pick on 1 st feb and reached to warehouse on 5 th feb 2020 From 10 th January I follow up continuously to Ajio care But no use only ajio team manipulate me to say that we initiated ur refund but due to technical glitch it is not reflected we solve this issue earliest it’s my problem sir ? I waited till end of February but no one resolve my issue Then I send mail to ur high authority ur so called grievance on 5 th March But no use sir They raised complaint on 10 th March com00018319368 complaint deadline was 18 th March I send lots of mail approximately 30 to 40 mails to ajio or grievance but they send only automated mail we solve ur issue earliest, 2 business day or 2 working day Today’s is 25 th April still they say we need more time Seriously they doing there work properly But got lot of disappointment I mentioned specific name details from ur Ajio care team supervisor who committed lot of times to me and manipulate me also Mr Rxxxa ,Mr mxxxxh khxxn ,shxxxxh Chxxxa , mrs Nxxxxxt , mr Vxxxxxv Kxxxxxr ,sxxxxxin , Axxxxxxa,Sxxxxd , Axxxn Pls seee what’s going on in ajio team why they manipulate me and do false commitment
