I have placed an order with Amazon on 20th December 2022 for Havells adonia i15 Liters geyser but I received Orient 3 litre geyser, so I discussed with Amazon customer care executive, they told me to return the wrong delivered product and they will provide me the refund after picking up the wrong product within 3 to 5 business days.
They picked up the product on 24th December and now it is 5th of January 2023 and they are emailing me that we cannot initiate the refund as you sent us wrong product which I already told them, Even I provided them all the documents, photos, proof what they have asked. I have all the details with me
Kindly help me with this issue
