Complaint regarding refund due from Amazon prime

I was Amazon Prime member, sponsored by Airtel India, based on my BB plan. I have come to USA on 16.11.2022 and will be here until end of April 2022. My prime membership was closed due change of my BB plan now in safe custody. In January 2022, I paid for Amazon Premium membership for 3 months. I ordered a connecting cord for my i-pad for ear phone set. Meanwhile Amazon India cancelled my Prime membership. I did not get refund of the amounts paid by me to Amazon India. Only a small refund was credited to me. I made the payments using my Citi bank India credit card with ending serial number: xxxx xxxx xxxx 8947.I have lost Rs 2555.99. I am unable to contact Amazon India by phone, live Chat with representative or by e-mail When I tried several times to lodge a complaint, a pop-up-message appears saying This service is unavailable in current location (USA). I have attached my credit card statements showing details of my transactions with Amazon India. In summary:
1.Paid on 10.1.2022 = Rs 1097.59 ( US dollars 14.27)
2. Paid on 15.1.2022 = Rs 1917.40
3. Refund received on 21.1.2022 = Rs 459.
Net Loss for me = 2555.99.
Please help me in getting full refund and suitable compensation for the agony and inconvenience I am suffreing
