Complaint regarding refund due from Easemytrip

I had recently book my tickets to and fro male through easemytrip.com

I was supposed to fly back to mumbai on 22nd march. on 20th march i received an email from easemytrip saying that my flight is cancelled and that i need to book a fresh ticket (at a much higher price).

then i got a call from easemytrip who confirmed over the phone that my flight has been cancelled and that i should book a fresh ticket and that i was receive my full refund after a few days.

later i was charged a penalty for cancellation to value of 20800 and now easemytrip is not replying to me.

pls help.
