Booked a SpiceJet ticket on Easemytrip. Due to Covid-19 lockdown, my flight was cancelled by airline, and full refund was issued by Spice jet partially on 8th of December and rest on11th of February, 2021 itself. Till date Easemytrip hasn’t refunded this amount to my bank account. * months have passed!! Spice Jet has confirmed this with the written mail but even after that they didn’t reimbursed me. Multiple calls and emails have been sent, but inspite of multiple promises, no refund provided yet. I want refund along with damages for such a long delay.
