Complaint regarding refund due from Easemytrip

Sir ease my trip not refunded my money.

Date of journey : 15th may 2020 Itineary : pune to delhi. Amount : 3624

Reason of refund flight canclled by air line due to lock down.

So many times I call to ease my trip.

I mail him several times which I have attached in previous mail

He registered a complaint with Ebay but even after 45 days it was not resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 05-05-2013. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
