Complaint regarding refund due from easemytrip

Good evening sir,
I had a flight on 30th of march 2021 which was canceled by the airlines. I was supposed to get a full refund which was successfully processed by the airlines but ease my trip still hasn’t processed my refund and after several times of calling and now they are niether recieving my call or responding to the messages

I would be really grateful if you could look into this matter.
