Booked refundable International Flight via GOIBIBO which was with SWISS AIRLINES and Operating Partner was Lufthansa for travelling from New Delhi to Zurich and then onward Flight from Zurich to Toronto for 29th April 2020.
This flight was co-vid cancellation , so on reaching out to customer support I asked them to cancel and initiate the refund of my Ticket. I got Cancellation Notification on 4th July 2020 and email states refund of 59,084 INR is processed and will reflect in you r account in 14 working days.
Then I got Series of Emails stating We are following up on your refund on 20th July 2020,28th july,2020 and last email was 5th August 2020.
Then After all there communication channels like ,Customer care number, Email etc. suddenly disappeared.
I sent follow up email on September 6,2020,but i did not received any response or acknowledgement.
Till date neither they settled the refund and nor there is any communication from them. As i waited for them to process the refund, I am not able to raise dispute of transaction through my original method of payment as it has to be done with in 6 months of transaction.
I have been waiting for more than a year now as i made this booking on March 6th 2020.
Please help me get my Refund at an earliest
