Complaint regarding refund due from Happy Easy Go

Happy easy go nit refunding money for flight cancellations. Value: 8732. I have booked a ticket from kolkata to jabalpur but cancelled the ticked on 5th january 2022. I am calling their customer care and they are telling it will be done by the next. After numerous calls they are not processing the refund.

Prestige Grinder servicing by TTK: Naveen Kumar, Vaanagaram Road, Athipet, Ambattur, Chennai, Tamilnadu (Email: naveen_5050(at)yahoo.com) had bought a prestige grinder on 16th July 2011. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-.
