I placed the order with Insaraf Furnitures for four products on 04 December 2020, after getting confirmation from them that they will be able to make customised products. For the past eight months I am continously writing to them and even gave them call also to enquire about my order. After eight months now I am being told that customised orders cannot be made and I can request for refund. When I requested for refund i was told that since its an online order they are unable to cancel the order and I have to do it online. When I tried to do so I got the reply since the order is in production hence it cannot be cancelled. Neither they are cancelling the order nor are they delivering the same. I would sincerly request for the refund at the earliest. I have made full payment of Rs 1, 38,933/-
