Complaint regarding refund due from Meesho for return product

I ordered a product from Meesho website..but I got different product… so I returned the product on 1st June 24 .. but still I didn’t receive the money.

On 3rd June u put money Transaction ID 4xxxxxxxxxx8

I checked with back they checked and found no transaction happened in this bank account.. I attach herewith the statement after 3rd June.. Still I didn’t receive my money (refund amount)

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
