I had to cancel 4 products from MYNTRA shopping site after recieving one in damaged state .I had cancelled my products on 18 october .My amount was promised to be credited into my account by 26 october .I have checked my bank balance and statements ,clearly I have’nt recieved it ) .There customer service people are not giving me any responsible answer .According to them even do not have any idea or resolution. Simply they are transfering my calls from one to another person.I am simply frustrate and not getting any concrete solution
I kindly request this forum to help me in getting the amount back to my account for these cancelled orders
