Me and my friend booked One deluxe room in the Hotel OYO Townhouse 1006 Chennai Palace , Chennai for 2 nights {9th december 2022 , 10th December 2022} as we had/have to catch a train on 11th December 2022.
But suddenly my freind’s plan got cancelled and so I cancelled the booking yesterday on 8th December 2022 through the OYO app.
In the evening time when I checked the refund status it was showing Refund Cancelled. So basically they have to refund me amount 2059 rupees through Google pay and my Booking id is Rxxxxxx0
Kindly look into the matter and help in getting our money back.
