Complaint regarding refund due from Red Bus for delayed service

For 08/08/2022, i have booked the ticket from redbus from delhi to Jaipur. At 10:30 i reached at pickup point and called the contact number Given in message from travel agency but the number was not reachable. I continuosly called on that number till 11:50 but number was still not reachable. After that i have to take another bus to Jaipur as there was some urgent obligation for going to Jaipur. At around 12.05 am, i received a call from another number that bus is waiting at pickup point. I had already took another bus so it was not possible for me. Getting delay without any intimation and with contact number which doesn’t have recheability was concerned due to which i have to suffer. Now redbus is denying the refund. Please help

    On 26/09/2023 I have booked bus from Ongole to banglore and it was delayed due to the some issue and I was about to reach Bangalore at 07:10 am and at that time I am still in tirupati and it’s about 4-5 hours delay and I have missed office today and another bus as well, requesting the redbus to refund the amount due to long delay by redbus and I have missed another bus as well.
