Complaint regarding refund due from Snapmint

Not refund and cancelled. Value: 900.

I put a order on snapmint. I make down payment order placed. Not giving tracking id. I talk to support but not helpful talking rudely. After 10 days i talk another time to cancel my order. He tell i put a request for merchant for cancellation. But not cancel my order over 7 days.
